The location was very central, super pretty close to everything. I was offered a room with exceptionally good views of a Japanese garden.

our recent stay at grand was amazing - exceeded expectations! great location, comfy beds, and a delicious buffet breakfast with an egg station. loved the convenience stores nearby and the underground passage to shops. highly recommend visiting during non-peak season for better prices.

Grand hotel's underground access from Tanuki station made it easy to navigate by foot to most attractions, bars and restaurants. The breakfast offered a pleasant combination of Japanese and western food. Overall I suggest the hotel for a short trip to Sapporo.

Location was ideal, and that's about it.
- Rooms come with wired internet, which is rather outdated. You should upgrade to wifi. - my partner accidentally dropped her bottle of cuticle oil. I immediately called room service to be careful when they came to clean it up: they never cleaned it up. when I returned to my room, many hours later, despite changing my sheets and bath towels, there was oil and broken glass on the floor still.

Excellent and wonderful location in Sapporo, adjacent to most major shopping centres, downtown major shopping, restaurant and business area and Sapporo train station, a major transportation hub where one can easily connect to other cities and towns and a major shopping center, and Shiroi Koibito park and chocolate factory. New-fashioned rooms, LOVELY views of a Japanese garden.
